The doors will open at 18:45 hrs and not before to give us time to arrange the seating and set everything else up to make the evening a cosy one. 🍿🍻

Admission for members is free and non-members 5,- EUR. 🎫

All other donations are of course welcome 😊 

Starting 12h, meeting at the club for those who want to go by bike.

13h meet at destination for BBQ (for those that want to skip the cycling).

The cost is 20 € per person for members and 25 € for non-members. This amount includes the meat for the barbecue and drinks. Every participant is asked to contribute something for the barbecue (salald, bread, desert, nibbles....)

In case you are vegetarian, please let us know.

If you wish to take part, please register as usual by email to info@englishclub.de, Subject: Father's Day Bike & BBQ and transferring the money to be club's account. Please mention "Father's Day" as reference in the bank transfer.

Deadline for registration is May 1st, 2024.

To allow far flung members to continue to meet, we have Online Club nights.

We usually meet every second Sunday, but the schedule might change, so check back here, or send an email, to find out when the future meetings will be.

Our next coffee/tea/cake afternoon will take place on Sunday 9 June at 3 pm.

If you plan to attend let us know at info@englishclub.de, so we have enough for everyone. Donations of cakes are welcome as well! (Please do not bring biscuits, but rather cake.)

5 Euros covers as much cake as you can eat, and all the coffee and tea you want (other beverages extra).

We had planned to have a 20s party at the Club to mark the start of the 2020s. Unfortunately 2020 wasn't a good year for parties. But it is still on the agenda, as soon as we can. Watch this space for updates.

Marianne continues to walk and talk you through the picturesque Battlement Park. We will explore many natural and cultural features and monuments of Bremen’s oldest park, the stunning inner-city oasis called Wallanlagen.

Meeting point: 

At the entrance of the Kunsthalle (Am Wall 207) 

The whole leisurely stroll will take approx. 1 - 2 hours and is for free. Donations for the English Club appreciated.
