Sunday Evening Online Club nights
Every second Sunday (except holidays) at 19:00.
To allow far flung members to continue to meet, we have Online Club nights.
The next meeting will be Sunday 8 December, at 19:00.
We usually meet every second Sunday, but the schedule might change, so check back here, or send an email, to find out when the future meetings will be.

Advent Coffee & Cake with Christmas Carols
15 December 2023
The Advent coffee & cake afternoon will take place Dec 15th at 2 pm (until 6).
We will have (Irish) coffee, mulled wine, and, of course, sing Christmas carols.
Please register by email to info@englishclub.de before December 8th. Every participant is requested to contribute something "christmassy" for the buffet. Please let us know what you will bring when you register.
Online Book Club
Every six weeks or so
The English Book Club gathers together to discuss a book, or poems, or something else literary. Old and new participants are welcome to join us.
The next meeting is going to be on the 28th of December. We are discussing The Memoirs of a Survivor by Doris Lessing.
Robbie Burns Supper
Saturday 18 January 2025
We will pay tribute to Scotland’s own National Bard, Robert Burns, by reciting his poems, drinking Whisky and enjoying haggis, tatties and neeps.

Celtic Singing
26 January at 5 pm
We provide text books and instruments (you can too, if you like) and everyone contributes fun and love of singing. We are looking forward to seeing you!
Come join us making Irish, Scottish and English traditional music (songs and ballads)!
We meet usually on the last Sunday of the month.

Romantic Walk through Battlement Park
Date to be announced
Marianne continues to walk and talk you through the picturesque Battlement Park. We will explore many natural and cultural features and monuments of Bremen’s oldest park, the stunning inner-city oasis called Wallanlagen.
Meeting point:
At the entrance of the Kunsthalle (Am Wall 207)
The whole leisurely stroll will take approx. 1 - 2 hours and is for free. Donations for the English Club appreciated.
